The patient had an advanced state of periodontitis and very mobile teeth due to this condition. The treatment plan started with an oral hygiene consultation. To regain the smile aesthetics as well as all of its functions, it was necessary to extract the teeth, as they presented an unfavorable diagnosis and replaced with a denture fixed to dental implants.

The patient was finally able to chew, bite and smile again with self-confidence.
