In this case, the patient had a removable upper denture and generalized aggressive periodontitis. His teeth were very mobile, unable him to speak or chew correctly. Bearing in mind that these teeth no longer had a favorable prognosis, they were extracted. The manufacture of prostheses was planned taking into account the correct vertical and horizontal relationship between the mandible and the maxilla, the aesthetics as well as the desired color.
The patient regained his smile, self-confidence and the quality of life he was looking for.
