This patient came to us because he was unhappy with his smile. He had early loss of teeth that influenced his chewing, speech and self-esteem. Firstly, the case and diagnosis analysis was carried out through complementary exams, photographs and radiographs in order to prepare a treatment plan that would improve the aesthetics / harmony, health and function of the smile. The treatment plan included implant placement, implant supported denture (maxilla) and a removable denture (mandible).

The implant supported denture, also known as “teeth in a day”, allowed the smile to be fixed in a short time, guaranteeing aesthetics, comfort and safety. With this oral rehabilitation it was possible to restore self-esteem and comfort to which the patient was deprived for a long time.
