Our patient wasn’t happy with the aesthetics of her smile. After carrying out a digital smile design and a team discussion of the clinical case, a treatment plan was developed which combined different dental specialties.
In a first stage the implants were surgically placed, and then the periodontal plastic surgery was performed.
In order to improve esthetics and function, crowns were secured on the implants and veneers on the teeth. A teeth whitening treatment was carried out to enhance the patient’s desired aesthetic results.
