The patient had a great desire to change her smile. She had been using ill-adapted removable denture that no longer offered her the desired comfort and aesthetics. Through digital planning, the case was analyzed and the treatment phases were outlined in detail. On the same day of the surgery the full denture attached to the implants were also placed.
