CLINICAL PROCEDURES

This patient used ill-fitting removable denture and she had several fractured dental elements as well as a severe generalized periodontitis, with gingival recessions and a lot of teeth mobility.

This case began with the extraction of teeth that no longer had a favorable prognosis and then a bimaxillary “immediate load” surgery was performed. The implants were placed (6 upper and 6 lower) and two provisional implant-supported prostheses were screwed.
This rehabilitation allowed the patient to regain her much-desired smile, without having any discomfort due to the use of removable prostheses that did not allow her to have the quality of life she intended.
